SISF participated in the First Republic Festival “Social partnership – guarantee of social justice” organized by National Association of NGO’s of Uzbekistan. Parliamentary Commission on administration of funds of NGOs support foundation under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Women’s Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Labour and Social Support of the Republic of Uzbekistan, National Association of electronic mass media of Uzbekistan, officials of NGO’s – members of NANGOUz as well as representatives of International Organizations participated in the event.
SISF conducted meeting with representatives of «Dеvеlopmеnt Alternatives, Inc.» (USA). The goal of the meeting was discussion of issues of cooperation in frames of project “Provision of micro credits for women farmers” in 2009.
SISF conducted meeting with representatives of CYI “Kelajak Ovozi”. The goal of the meeting was discussion of effective organization and implementation of activities in frames of projects “Manager” and “Healthy youth” in 2009.
SISF conducted meeting with representatives of Petronas (Malaysia). The goal of the meeting was discussion of implementation of projects in Surkhandarya and Republic of Karakalpakstan in 2009.
SISF conducted meeting with trainers on project “Manager”. The goal of the meeting was discussion of effective organization and realization of trainings in frames of project “Manager” in 2009.
Members of working group conducted meeting in Senat of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan on prevention of expansion HIV/AIDS. Working group consisted of representatives of Senat of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Labour and Social Support of the Republic of Uzbekistan, AIDS centre of the Republic under Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Uzbekistan, World Health Organization, Red Cross Committee, Republic centre on education under the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Committee of Women of the Republic of Uzbekistan, UNAIDS, UNDP, NANGOUz, YMO “Kamolot”, SISF and others. The goal of the meeting was working of proposal on developing of common strategy for prevention of expansion of HIV/AIDS in Uzbekistan.
SISF conducted meeting with representatives of Project CAPACITY/USAID (USA) and Project HOPE/USAID (USA). The goal of the meeting was signing of memorandums for joint implementation of projects in 2009.
SISF conducted meeting with members of working group on developing of concept of National model of ongoing inclusive education in Uzbekistan.
SISF conducted meeting with representatives of Association of auditors and accountants of Uzbekistan. Issues on joint conducting of trainings for women farmers in frames of project were discussed during the meeting.
